More than 100 San Diego State University students, including Daisy Mendez from Los Angeles, collaborated on an epic concert production of Jesus Christ Superstar.

SDSU musical theatre graduate students, theatre arts undergraduates, a full choir, orchestra and rock ensemble came together with an incredible lighting and projection team for a completely sold out, psychedelic rock experience.

Mendez a Liberal Studies major from Los Angeles was part of the orchestra.

Jesus Christ Superstar in Concert was a true collaboration between San Diego State University's School of Theatre, Television and Film and its School of Music and Dance.

Jesus Christ Superstar followed in the footsteps of the highly successful Les Miserables in Concert production from fall 2014, which also brought the two performing schools together.
